Release Date : 2011-12-22  AR Infotek has just extended its Industrial Product Line, by adding the new Redwood 5311D/A series to its family of Embedded Platform.
Overview:
The new Redwood 5311 series is the newest addition to the Pipal family of fan-less Industrial embedded platform systems. In this series, the customer has a choice between the Intel Core i7 Quad-core and the Core i5/i3 Dual-core design, depending on the model being chosen.
The unique feature of the Intel Core i7 Quad-core is, that it will provide the highest performance in computing power available on the market at the present moment. It is equipped with a mobile Intel QM67 express chipset. The new Redwood 5311 series therefore, is able to offer you long-term product availability with exceptionally high performance, while at the same time being low on power consumption and also able to completely abdicate the cooling fan.
Furthermore, with the build-in ARraid M300 hardware RAID, Redwood 5311 series is able to support Data-protection feature for critical application. As data is getting more and more important now a day, we expect Redwood to meet with customers' needs for many years to come.
